The Making of Crystal Necklaces

This beautiful Nepali, Dipya, helped me be playful as i worked!

How the necklaces are made
Working with crystals brings me so much joy.  i feel so blessed to create with them!  i pour all of this love and gratitude into the making of the necklaces.
The necklaces are made using the technique of macramé: a series of knots are tied around the crystals, which strengthen the last knot in the sequence.  No glue is used in the making of the necklaces.
It is a process which takes around 6 hours, plus time to clean & charge the stone.

Sourcing
Light-web crystals are quartz-crystal from the majestic Himalayan Mountains.  These hand-selected pieces formed naturally at high altitude.  Most of the pieces retain their natural shape.

Channeling
As i make the crystal necklaces, i receive information from the crystal about which issues it will support the wearer.  i pass this information on to the person who receives the crystal.  (i use to doubt this information, until on 2 different occasions, i channeled the name of the person, who bought the crystal & who i didn't meet until a few months later!)

It is also possible for the person to ask for a crystal to be 'programmed' to support the wearer with a certain issue.

i am guided as to which small gemstones to place around the main stone.
